Sending something back
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, unworn and in its original condition.
Email hello@thedoglegfamily.com with your order number, the item and the reason, and we’ll reply within 2 business days. Swiss returns travel on a prepaid label we send you. For Europe the return shipping is at your expense — unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, in which case we cover it.
